1. Acceptance

By accessing or using www.alabbadi.com (the “Site”) or purchasing products from Al Abbadi Fragrances (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our products

We design and sell luxury perfumes. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, volumes, and concentrations are provided in good faith but may vary slightly between production batches. Colors, packaging, and scents may appear different due to personal perception or device screens.

3. Ordering & payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at checkout. We use secure third-party payment gateways (such as PayU, Razorpay, etc.). We do not store your full card or UPI details on our servers.

4. Shipping & handling

Orders are shipped across India. For international shipping, additional carrier restrictions may apply, as perfumes are regulated as liquid/flammable goods.
Estimated processing time: 7–10 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, strikes, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

5. Returns, exchanges & refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Opened or used perfume bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Product safety, allergens & labeling

Perfumes may contain allergens. Customers with sensitive skin or known allergies should carefully check the ingredient list and conduct a patch test before full use.
We disclose known fragrance allergens and comply with applicable labeling requirements under Indian law.
Keep perfumes away from children, heat sources, and direct sunlight.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including product names, brand logos, designs, and text, is the property of Al Abbadi Fragrances. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability & disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our liability for any claim related to product use shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused by improper storage. Always follow usage instructions.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during ordering is used only for processing orders, customer service, and improving our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
