Refund & Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund or exchange is possible only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence / video (unboxing video preferred).

  • The product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging with safety seals intact.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g. scent didn’t match expectation).

  • Products marked as non-returnable or promotional/sale-item disclaimers, unless otherwise stated.

2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at contact@alabbadifragrances.com, quoting your order number, attaching photos/videos of the damage (or the incorrect item).

  2. Our customer support will review the evidence and will respond within 48 hours of receiving the claim.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on returning the product. The return shipping must be in same condition & packaging as received.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, if the claim is valid, we will either refund your payment or send a replacement (depending on stock availability).

3. Refund Amount & Timing

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

  • For prepaid orders: refund amount will be the purchase price minus any shipping costs, unless the product is damaged/incorrect.

  • For items found defective/damaged, we’ll cover shipping or provide a courier pick-up/return label, if feasible.

  • Refund processing time: 7–15 working days after we receive the returned product and approve the claim.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is confirmed pre-shipment, full refund will be given (minus payment gateway fees, if applicable).

  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; standard refund/exchange rules apply in case of damage or incorrect item.

5. Other Important Details

  • Please keep the invoice and packaging until the refund/exchange process is complete.

  • In cases of promotional/sale items marked non-returnable, no refund will be given unless the item is damaged or wrong.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if evidence is insufficient or claim is made after the allowed reporting period.
